Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation (‘SMSF’ or ‘Foundation’) is a Public Charitable Trust. SMSF has been recognized as a charitable organization under the Income Tax Act and has been granted 12AA registration and has also been granted exemptions under section 10(23C) and 80G under the Income Tax Act 1961.
SMSF is an umbrella for a number of activities, including:
- Free Medical Centers (FMC) in various regions of India to provide free medical services to the public at large, irrespective of caste, creed, religion etc.
- Free Medical camps are setup by SMSF in places where medical services are not always available, e.g. remote rural villages, to provide free medical service.
- Programs in the fields of research, education, spiritual practice and training at the CREST center in India and Germany.
- Retreat centers in various places in India, Europe and North America, Meditation centers and ashrams around the world. Scholarships for interested seekers of spirituality to attend training programs.
